2008 LANESBORO FARMERS MARKET VENDOR INFORMATION

Where: Sylvan Park, Lanesboro

When: First Wednesday in May through the last Saturday in October; Wednesdays 4 - 6 p.m. and Saturdays 9 - 12 p.m.

What: This is the sixth year of the Lanesboro Market. We are continuing to build demand from customers who value locally grown foods. We need more supply to meet that demand. We are listed in the MN Grown pamphlet, on the Local Harvest website, and are working with the Lanesboro Chamber again this year.

We have several fun events planned for this year:

  • Earth Day – April 26
  • Ibsen Festival – May 3
  • Rhubarb Festival – June 7
  • Kid’s Day – July 26
  • Oktoberfest – Oct. 25

How: Read the market rules. Submit the signed and completed application, certificate of insurance, any required license information, your $5 application fee and either your $25 seasonal fee or appropriate daily fee (check payable to Lanesboro Farmers Market) at least one week prior to your first selling date to Jerilyn Eddy, our market manager at:

Your application is complete when all the required documents have been received and approved. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL UNLESS ALL YOUR PAPERWORK IS COMPLETE AND TURNED AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST SELLING DATE. Jerilyn Eddy is in charge of enforcing this requirement. Please help her with this by submitting the required documents well in advance of your expected selling dates.
