2010 LANESBORO FARMERS MARKET VENDOR INFORMATION

Where:
Sylvan Park, Lanesboro

When:
First Saturday in May through last Saturday in October 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Wednesdays 4 - 6 p.m. June through September.

What:
Our market has memberships with the national Local Harvest, Lanesboro Chamber of Commerce, and Minnesota Grown. We are also a strong supporting member of Lanesboro Local and have a web page with monthly updates. We are in the process of printing new brochures to distribute. We are continuing to build demand from customers who value locally grown food.

We have several fun special events planned for this year:

  • Earth Day April 24
  • Market Opener May 1
  • Rhubarb Fest June 5
  • Art in the Park June 20
  • Kids Day July 31
  • Buffalo Bill Days Aug. 7-8
  • Customer Appreciation Day Sept. 25
  • Fall Fest Oct. 9
  • Oktoberfest Market Closer Oct. 30

How:
Read the market rules. Submit the signed and completed application, certificate of insurance, any required license information, fees ($40 seasonal fee, $10 daily fee or $25.00 Rhubarb Fest Day only) to the Market Manager: Please make check payable to Lanesboro Farmers Market.

Your application is complete when all the required documents have been received and approved. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL UNLESS ALL YOUR PAPERWORK IS COMPLETE AND TURNED AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST SELLING DATE. Please submit the required documents well in advance of your expected selling dates.
