Public Utilities Meeting Called to Order:
Evenson called regular meeting to order.

Agenda:
Drake made the motion to approve the agenda, with the additions of correcting the previous minutes and the yearly updates, second Evenson, motion carried.

Minutes:
Drake made motion to approve the minutes as read, second Evenson, motion carried.

HOUSEKEEPING:
A. Paying of the Bills: Vickerman explained that since the meeting is so early in the month, she is asking for a motion to pay the normal bills and to hold any questionable bills until the next meeting. Evenson made motion to pay the normal bills at the end of the month and to contact the members for a Special meeting in case another bill must be paid prior to the next meeting, second Drake, motion carried.
B. Past Due Bills: The Commission went over the accounts, Vickerman explained that all delinquent accounts are receiving shut off notices and the “Cold Weather Rule” packets.
C. Energy Contract: Wagner went over the details of the new contract. He stated that he has been on the negotiating committee and feels that the contract is a good deal for all parties. Drake made motion to recommend to the Council to have the Mayor sign the new Dairyland Contract, second Schuck, motion carried.
D. Hydro Update: Wagner reported that they have taken the hydro to another site for repairs. He stated that there should be an upcoming meeting with MMUA and the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
E. Rate Study: Vickerman noted that she will contact Tom Nigon to find out where we are at with the rate study.
F. Software Demo: Vickerman noted that a sales representative of Banyon Software is coming to give a demo of the software. This is the most commonly used software in the State of Minnesota and the company is actually located in Minnesota.
G. Minutes Name Change: Vickerman stated that she has been incorrectly putting her maiden name in the minutes and is asking to go back to all the minutes since October to replace Torgerson with Vickerman, motion was made by Evenson to change the name, second Drake, motion carried.
H. Yearly Updates: Drake made a motion for the following, Schuck second, motion carried.
