Public Utilities Meeting Called to Order:
Evenson called regular meeting to order.

Agenda:
Motion made by Drake to approve agenda, second Schuck, motion carried.

Minutes:
Schuck made motion to approve the minutes as read, second Drake, motion carried.

PERSON’S WITH BUSINESS BEFORE THE COMMISSION:
N/A

HOUSEKEEPING:
A. Administrator Report: Administrator was unable to attend, so this item was not addressed.
B. Paying of the Bills: Drake made motion to pay bills, Evenson second, motion carried.
C. Past Due Bills: Concerns with a couple of the accounts, but without Administrator unable to address.
D. UMMPA/Electric Purchasing: Discussed, however, no new advancements made.
E. Green Power: Talked about improvements to current building or additions necessary to handle an insulated area for the tank. Need to contact engineer about restrictions.
F. Update on Progress of Power Plant: Peterson gave report on updates to the Utility Plant which consisted of painting, carpentry, doors, windows and roof repair over the Nordberg engine.
G. Earth Day: Evenson reminded the Commission about Earth Day on April 28th and the necessity of being available.
H. Projects for 2007: Talked about the North Tie, removal of the old line near Parkway north and the new line from the Pump House to the Catholic Church, pending requirements for ChurchHill Properties.

It was noted that Mike Wish of DPC and Brian Krambeer of Tri-County Electric will be here at the next meeting.
