Agenda:
Motion made by Schuck to approve agenda, second Drake, motion carried.

Minutes:
Schuck made motion to approve the minutes as read with one correction to a motion to adjourn that was made by Shuck rather than Drake, second Drake, motion carried.

PERSON’S WITH BUSINESS BEFORE THE COMMISSION:

HOUSEKEEPING:
A. Results of Yaggy Colby Research (Dyreson Sewer): Torgerson received the Sanitary Sewer Capacity Study from Yaggy Colby via e-mail earlier in the day. An actual physical copy will be sent in the mail. Motion made by Evenson to proceed immediately with root cleaning process, second by Schuck, motion carried. Evenson wants to find out information from Jim Peterson on this Sewer Capacity Study, Dyreson wanted to be sure that Yaggy knows that the backups do not only occur during rain falls, that sometimes the back up occurs from the Treatment Plant. Dyreson believes that they are too low and that is what is happening. Evenson discussed the need for the sewage to go downhill. Evenson asked Torgerson to talk to Yaggy about the situations for which they occur, ask about the grinder pump and if that is like a mini lift station, that will redirect the flow.

B. Administrator Report: Torgerson presented the reports.

C. Paying of the Bills: Evenson made a motion to pay bills as presented, second Schuck, motion carried.

D. Past Due Bills: Reviewed bills, working on collecting.

E. UMMPA/Electric Purchasing: Jerod went over what he has been doing on the UMMPA negotiating team. The Utility discussed their options for what the future of the Utility will be. The Commission supported Jerod in pursuing the contract with UMMPA and Dairyland. Discussed the City Tap line and a yearly wheeling charge contract. Want Mike Wish to talk to the Utility Commission for the December meeting. Original invoice for City Tap Line was $122,000 less the $9000 for two farms on the in between. Mike Wish at next meeting, give him heads up on questions that he will be asked. Ask Brian Krambeer, from Tri-County, to attend January meeting. Jerod will ask if Lanesboro can sign a contract alone or not?

F. City Administrator Evaluation: Shuck and Evenson were asked to fill out evaluation forms.

G. Employee Evaluations
Will schedule with Jim and Jerod.

ADJOURN:
At 7:35pm, Schuck made motion to adjourn, second by Evenson, motion carried.

Submitted Respectfully,
Bobbie Torgerson, City Administrator/Clerk
