Attention – There will be a large nighttime water shutdown for most of the northern part of Lanesboro to connect the watermain from the project to the city system. Please see the attached map for the proposed shutdown area. This work is currently scheduled to begin at 10 pm on Wednesday, August 24th and last until 3 am on Thursday, August 25th. Downtown
Underground utility work will continue on Beacon Street and Rochelle Avenue for the next 1-2 weeks. Private gas infrastructure will be replaced in the coming weeks as well. Please follow all traffic signs and use caution around these areas.
Pleasant/Sheridan Alley
Private gas infrastructure replacement is expected to begin for the entire alley next week and last for 1-2 weeks. Underground utility work is expected to begin after the gas company is finished.
